"VAIO" NGN-E118CS with vista home premium, got virus, no task manager is available neither start button. I scanned system nothin, try to recover nothin the notebook is useless.
So my question is can I install vista and enter serials which are on a back simicrosoft download manager vistade of PC?

Or boot your computer from disk which is either f8 f9 or f10 on some computers with your vista install disk. Then click repair OS which will be on the third screen i believe. That's of course if you have your OS disk still.
But try the safe bomicrosoft download manager vistaot first and download antiv-virus software.
It is vital you always run anti-virus softare even if it is a free one.
try pressing f8 on boot up to start in safe mode, then download malwarebytes and superantispyware, update both and run full scans
