If i download music from emp3world.com, beemp3.com and the other sites that doesn't have copyright in the files is it legal ? although 320kbps ?
I don't understand why this is such a mystery to you. You've asked the same question four or five times. The answer is still the same. The reason those sites don't have the copyrights on their files is because they're illegal copies. Of course copying an illegal copy is also illegal. That's because the original mabeemp3.com mp3 downloads download musicterial IS copyrighted.
Here's a good rule of thumb:
First, assume (correctly) that any mass-released artistic work (movies, music, games, etc.) is copyrighted. Regardless of whether a file sharing site attaches that copyright to the file (which they won't, because they haven't paid for the royalty fees and such to share it legally), it is STILL copyrighted. Therefore, cannot be legally downloaded from any torrent.

This means that, except in a select few cases, the legal download will NOT be free.
