When we lose someone we love,
We learn to trust somehow
That a new life in a brighter place
Is just beginning now..
A place of grace and peace and joy
Beyond all time and sorrow,
Where loving hearts who part today
Will meet again tomorrow.

If tears could build a stairway
and memories a lane
I’d walk right up to Heaven
and bring you home again
but memories are just memories
and tears are just tears
and so i will miss you through the years
because without your smile or your laugh
it’s too much pain to carry on

If all the world was ours to give we would give it, yesad trust quotess and more. To see you coming up the steps and walking through the door. To hear your voice, to see your smile, to sit with you and talk a while. Would be our fondest wish today.
I am sorry for your loss but she is not gone - you are part of her. My parents had been together from the sixth form in school and then corresponded every day for five years whilst my father qualified and when she died he said to me - 'no-one can understand the depth of our union - she was my breath, my thoughts my eyes and my heart '. To the day he died my father put on the bedside light in her room and turned down the bed. Although that sounds a little over the top nowadays, I sometimes wonder if the divorce rate would drop if people made a little more effort.
That's sad.

When the body sinks into death, the essence of man is revealed. Man is a knot, a web, a mesh into which relationships are tied. Only those relationships matter. The body is an old crock that nobody will miss. I have never known a man to think of himself when dying. Never.
